CITEC's Infrastructure Services incorporate assets and technology that support the delivery of agency business applications and Queensland Government corporate applications. Infrastructure Services includes server hardware, operating systems, hosting, storage, ICT systems management, managed desktop (thin client), CITRIX, SAP basis support, application support and database software.
Data centres provide secure and controlled processing environments necessary to support computer equipment within carefully controlled operational ranges of temperature and humidity, and need continuous and well-regulated electrical power and fire protection. CITEC operates two Tier III data centre facilities.

CITEC Confirm empowers clients with information solutions that help to streamline the business processes involved in court lodgements, tracking debt recovery, buying and selling of property, money lending, business start up, risk management, asset discovery and insurance claim processing.
CITEC Confirm accesses more than 40 government and commercial information sources and offers in excess of 500 different information services which deliver around five million information transactions annually.
